Israeli Michelin-starred chef Eyal Shani is expanding his culinary footprint in the United States with new locations for his renowned restaurants, Malka and Miznon. Shani, celebrated for his innovative approach to Israeli cuisine, has already made a significant impact in New York City with his kosher restaurant Malka and the Broadway location of Miznon, both of which have garnered attention for their unique offerings and vibrant atmosphere.

Malka, Shaniโ€™s first kosher restaurant in the U.S., opened in New York City amidst challenging times following the October 7th attacks in Israel. The New Jersey location will further cement Miznonโ€™s presence in the U.S. and offer diners a chance to enjoy its unique offerings in a new setting that caters more to the Lakewood crowd, which has its own very vibrant food scene.
